Oil, Chutney, Honey and More!
After stocking up on your meats and produce don't forget to pick up all your flavouring essentials.
We stock local jams and pickles from Raydale Preserves in Leyburn and our honey comes from Keith Dobson in Wakefield. Rapeseed and truffle oils as well as a variety of salad dressings are deliered regularly from Warfe Valley Farms.
The shop sells a tasty range of olives and antipasti: stuffed peppers, balsamic onions, artichokes, sundried tomatoes have been selected by Heidi after years of of sampling various suppliers--the best quality products have been selected for the shop and are available for purchase year-round.
Mackenzie's Smokehouse supplies us with bacon, and other smoked products, such as mackerel, chicken, black pudding, kippers which are delivered weekly.
Longley Farm from Holmfirth supply the yoghurts and cream, cottage cheese and are also delivered weekly.
